On Wednesday, May 7, NYU Wagner hosted its annual Capstone Expo, bringing together students, faculty, alumni, and industry professionals to celebrate the culmination of graduating students’ yearlong project solving real-world challenges for client organizations.

The Expo featured Capstone teams from across all programs and specializations. Each team presented their final projects through visually engaging posters and 3–5 minute overviews, sparking meaningful conversations with attendees about public policy challenges, data-driven strategies, and real-world impact.

Guests had the opportunity to circulate among the different presentations, gaining insight into innovative solutions developed in partnership with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and international institutions. From housing equity and climate adaptation to health access and workforce development, the projects reflected the diversity and depth of Wagner’s academic mission.

The event also offered a valuable platform for networking, peer learning, and client engagement. Light refreshments were served as guests mingled with presenters and explored the variety of policy areas represented.

The Expo marked a proud milestone for graduating students, showcasing not only their technical skills and policy knowledge but also their commitment to public service.
